Dogs

Please note we cannot guarantee that a particular animal will be suitable for every adopter. In the best interest of the animal we reserve to right to refuse if the circumstances are not ideal for that animal.

If you would like to adopt a dog from the local RSPCA you will need to have a Home Visit. Please contact us on 07939 247202 and leave a message giving your name, address and telephone number clearly so that we can return your call.  Please visit our “How to Adopt” page for more information.

Please note: Our representatives e.g. staff at the kennels have the authority to refuse any adoption when they feel that the dog is not suitable for the situation.  Also, there is no access to our dogs without a home visit and pass.  Please do not go to the kennels without a pass or an appointment.

N.B. We do not have any association with Cliff Top Kennels. RSPCA dogs can only be adopted through the correct procedures and are kept at Coppergate Kennels. There are no RSPCA dogs in any other kennels.

We do have a few more dogs that are in various stages of recuperation and when they are ready we will put them up for adoption – so please be patient.

Want to adopt a dog?

To adopt a Dog we ask for a minimum donation of £85 – includes vaccination, neutering and micro chipping
