Established in 1867, we are now in our 145th year and we are one of the oldest branches in the United Kingdom.  We are totally self-funded and are responsible for the area stretching between Whitby, Scarborough & Filey over to Pickering & Helmsley, including all the villages in between.

All of the Committee and the majority of people within the Branch are volunteers.  We can, however, always use more help so please think about joining the increasing list of volunteers.

If you would like to choose the local RSPCA as a beneficiary please make your solicitor aware and stipulate in your will “Scarborough & District RSPCA Branch. Registered Charity 232233.”  If you would like to help in the shop or organise a fundraising event please contact us.
