Dogs
Please note we cannot guarantee that a particular animal will be suitable for every adopter. In the best interest of the animal we reserve to right to refuse if the circumstances are not ideal for that animal. If you would like to adopt an animal from the local RSPCA you will need to have a Home Visit. Please contact us on 01723 369804 and leave a message giving your name, address and telephone number clearly so that we can return your call.
Please note: Our representatives e.g. staff at the kennels have the authority to refuse any adoption when they feel that the dog is not suitable for the situation.
To adopt a Dog it costs £85 – includes vaccination, neutering and microchipping
N.B. We do not have any association with Cliff Top Kennels. RSPCA dogs can only be adopted through the correct procedures and are kept at Coppergate Kennels. There are no RSPCA dogs in any other kennels.
Below are the dogs currently staying with us. Updated 01/02/2012
Snowy – English Bull terrier, 2 years old, male
Snowy is a strong boy with a lovely nature. He would make an excellent companion for an experienced owner.
Posy – Terrier Cross, 8 years old, female
Posy loves everyone and is ready to re-home now.
Maddie is a little shy but gorgeous once she knows you. She is ok with other dogs and would be best suited to a family of adults.
Princess and Scooby – German Shepherd cross, 1 year old, male and female
Princess and Scooby are older sister and brother and are both a little nervous but not aggressive in any way. They can be rehomed separately and would blossom with love and attention from an experienced owner.
